Chris G. Williams Beware: I mix tech and personal interests here.

A few months ago, I participated in a VERY lengthy survey conducted by Microsoft. The promised reward for participation was a big pile of MS Press books. Did anyone else do this?  More importantly, did anyone else EVER get their books?

I received a thank you email 3 months ago saying that they received my list of books I wanted, and that orders were processed every two weeks and to allow 4 weeks for delivery. 2 weeks later I received an email saying my order had been processed and to please allow 4 weeks for delivery. That was 8 weeks ago.

I have sent a few emails to the MS person responsible for fulfilling this, and have always received a reply along the lines of... “no we can't track shipment, they're coming... promise! I told you last time they get processed every two weeks and then you have to wait 4 weeks.”  Kinda makes me wonder if they really read my email. It's been 8 weeks since you told me the order was processed!!!

Has anybody gotten their books from this survey, and is there someone ELSE I can talk to about this?
